| Jeff Icardi’s law practice has evolved over
the years from working in the areas of real estate, business, and
probate law and related litigation to focusing on real estate law
including commercial real estate and foreclosure matters.
Jeff is also an active real estate investor
owning over the years single family homes, an interest in a mobile
home park, mobile homes, and defaulted mortgages. Several years
ago, he was asked by Gail Gates of Information Resource Service of
Florida, www.irsfl.com, to provide training to her customers and
prospects on how to invest in foreclosure properties safely. Since
that time, he has lectured to several hundred students on the
topic. From this background has arisen a practice area providing
investors and homeowners help with foreclosure problems both before
and after the foreclosure sale. |
